Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
• Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized site performance, and strong conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality.
• Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or a similar role.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
