Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
Manage the company’s e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized site performance, and strong conversion rates.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and other relevant teams to improve sales, product listings, content, and website functionality.
Work closely with our Marketing Team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Lead a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance and support
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and e-commerce regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of E-Commerce managerial experience or a similar role.
Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion or footwear industry.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
