Job Scope:
Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online revenue growth
Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience, strong site performance, and healthy conversion rates
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and cross-functional teams to improve product listings, content quality, sales performance, and website functionality
Work closely with the Marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and customer retention
Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance e-commerce operations and efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to maintain competitiveness
Lead and support a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and relevant e-commerce regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related discipline
Relevant experience in e-commerce management or a similar leadership role
Proven experience managing e-commerce operations, with exposure to the fashion or footwear industry being an advantage
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce, along with digital marketing strategies
Proficient in analytics and optimization tools, including Google Analytics, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization
