Description
Key Responsibilities:
Get involved in day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms, such as the website, mobile app, or online marketplace.
Support efforts to ensure a seamless and customer-centric online shopping experience to drive online traffic.
Coordinate with the Ecommerce Team to drive platform functionality to support ecommerce sales and enhance customer engagement.
Assist in managing online product listings, ensuring accurate and attractive product information.
Analyze platform performance metrics and generate insights to enhance the e-commerce experience and sales growth.
Perform all other job-related duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
Min Diploma in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
