E-Commerce & Growth Executive (Singapore)

Location: 115A Commonwealth Avenue #03-25, Singapore 149596 (On-site)

Salary: SGD 3,000 - 4000 (depending on experience and fit)

At Garden State, we are building a fast-growing coffee distribution business in Singapore with plans to expand into new markets across the region. We are looking for someone hands-on, commercially minded, and eager to learn, who wants to play a meaningful role in helping grow the business.

This role goes beyond execution. You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve how we work, explore AI and automation tools, and gain broad exposure across e-commerce, operations, marketing, and sales.

• Manage and improve our Shopify store, SEO performance, and marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) to drive online growth and visibility.

• Support e-commerce growth through content, campaigns, website improvements, and digital initiatives

• Explore and implement AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents, automation) to improve workflows and productivity

• Monitor competitors, trends, customer behaviour, and customer and sales data analytics to identify opportunities and drive business improvements and growth.

• Work closely with the founder on sales initiatives and go-to-market strategies

• Partner with the Operations Manager to support systems, inventory accuracy, and smooth day-to-day operations

• Deliver professional customer support across online channels

• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving SME environment

• Proactive, curious, and able to take ownership independently

• Excited to learn new skills and make a visible impact
