Responsibilities
Work closely with team mate to manage the e-commerce platforms.
Manage the sales & marketing for online platforms.
Serve walk-in customer with their respective enquiries in the showroom
Manage the websites to ensure great customer engagement and experience.
Upload contents to websites and other distribution channels.
Write product descriptions and related product content.
Competencies to Learn
Understand the various functions online and to efficiently manage the end to end ecommerce operations.
Understand how to upload products images and ensure accurate product items information to be listed on the shirt bar's website or existing e-marketplaces.
Use email marketing platform to curate and design creative content marketing messages to customers to build the company's brand.
Data Analytics skills to analyse customers demographics and buying behaviour for optimising future campaigns to improve online sales / conversion.
Learn how to use photoshop software to edit and prepare visuals.
To be able to highlight the company's brand story and various products. features, functions and benefits to customers increase brand awareness and sale.
Job Requirements
Similar experience in ecommerce in a retail industry is advantageous.
Candidates with no similar experience but has a good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered for the position.
Able to read and write in English.
Basic computer skills (eg: Microsoft office). Knowledge in photoshop is a plus.
Independent yet works well in a team environment.
5 days per week, required to work on the weekend.
