E-commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Management

·         Process and monitor daily e-commerce orders across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, company website)

·         Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and delivery coordination

2. Customer Service Support

·         Respond to customer enquiries via online platforms in a timely

·         Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information

3. Inventory & Coordination

·         Track stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for replenishment

·         Ensure product availability and update listings accordingly

·         Assist in stock reconciliation and reporting

4. Product Listing & Content Management

·         Create and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images

·         Ensure accuracy and consistency across all e-commerce platforms

·         Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and online sales activities

5. Sales & Reporting

·         Generate regular sales and performance reports

6. Administrative Support

·         Maintain proper documentation of transactions and processes

·         Support the team in ad-hoc administrative duties and projects
