Description
Coordinate and Administration of e-commerce platform (Online Shop, Shopify, Lazada etc.)
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Plan, create and manage all E-commerce Promotion activities.
Coordinate and process daily online orders, including picking, packing, and arranging deliveries.
Work with warehouse operations to ensure timely shipments and inventory management.
Ensure the fulfilment of customers' orders via store pick-up or delivery service.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries
Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries.
Monitor and Prepare Operation reports and Reconciliation.
Manage Social media marketing.
Requirement:
Min. Diploma in any discipline
Min 2 years experience in e-commerce marketplace, website administration, and sales
Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) processes will be an advantage
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Can work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
