Description

Nature of Business: Online retail of pet products


Location: 3 Upper Aljunied Link


Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee e-commerce platforms' daily operations including order handling, payments and shipping, update product listings, descriptions, images and stock levels.


• Ensure all product information is accurate, clear, and engaging.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and providing prompt solutions.


• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction on all transactions.


• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure products are in stock and available for sale.


• Monitor product performance and liaise with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.


Qualifications & Skills:


• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.


• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms digital marketing tools and techniques


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.


• Well organized, possess high sense of responsibility, and positive working attitude


• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional team


Remuneration & Benefits:


• Basic salary from $2200 to $3000 depending on qualification

• One Saturday Off in a month after confirmation


Working Schedule:


• 5.5-day work week


• Working Hours: Mon – Fri 07:00 am to 04:00 pm, Sat 08:00 to 12:00nn
