E-Commerce Executive / Senior Executive

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and optimise the performance of our e-commerce website, including content, design, and functionality

2. Develop and implement effective e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales

3. Analyse website and campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure the success of initiatives

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall e-commerce customer journey

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our e-commerce presence

6. Support the execution of broader marketing and communications strategies

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

2. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics, and digital marketing tactics

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights

4. Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional online user experiences

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

6. Familiarity with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and industry regulations
