Job Responsibilitie

• Manage and update product listings across company website and major marketplace platforms.

• Execute promotional activities and coordinate campaigns with marketplace partners.

• Ensure accurate inventory, pricing, and timely response to customer enquiries.

• Process orders including returns, refunds, exchanges, and inter-department coordination.

• Handle purchase orders, verify invoices, coordinate shipments, and prepare monthly purchasing reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within the retail sector (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop).

• Strong attention to detail with good communication skills and proficiency in English.

• Diploma in any field with ability to perform well in a team environment.
