Description
We are hiring an e-Commerce Executive (Product Content cum Customer Service)! Join us where you’ll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our eCommerce business by managing product content across online platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling product listings, and providing timely customer service support. You will handle customer enquiries, order-related issues, and coordination with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from purchase to fulfilment.
Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 9.00AM - 6.30PM
Responsibilities:
Create & maintain all E-commerce platforms content while ensuring all content are updated and in line with guidelines/ reference at all times
Manage product listing, price points and inventory levels
Create awareness, marketing and maintenance for all social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and company website.
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for products illustrations, production communication materials, digital printing such as online advertisements or promotions. Must possess minimum graphic design experience.
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via platform chats, email, or social channels, and triage escalations accurately.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
Conversant in Graphic Design activities
Strong written communication skills with the ability to handle customer enquiries, order issues, and after-sales support professionally. Service-oriented, patient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
