E-Commerce Executive (Platform Set Up / East / 5 Days)

• Salary: $3000 - $4500 (basic) + $100 (Transport Allowance) + Attendance Allowance + Commission

• Working hour: Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)

• Working location: Chai Chee

Job Scope

• End-to-end management of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

• Monitor and analyse online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates.

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and flash sales.

• Coordinate order fulfilment, logistics, returns, and customer enquiries.

• Manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotional strategies.

• Enhance customer experience and satisfaction across online channels.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce operations or digital marketing

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns
