E-Commerce Executive (Order Management/Redhill)

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all online marketing activity.

• Manage company websites & online marketplaces (eg. Lazada & Shopee)

• Responsible for driving online marketplace sales and ensure profitability.

• Manage online campaigns to drive sales conversion.

• Ensure that all products information’s such as images, pricing, promotion and stocks level are up to date.

• Design collaterals such as product banners inline with marketing campaigns.

• Handle customer relations (online & offline), manage enquiries across all touch points and assist with order fulfilment.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Experience in e commerce platforms (e.g. lazada, shopee) for order managing and customer 

• Excellent communication skills

• Good interpersonal skills

• Team player
