<h2>Key Responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, HTML, HTML5, Java Script and CSS etc.)</li><li>Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and metadata for SEO and conversion</li><li>Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and revenue</li><li>Plan and execute promotional campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising strategies</li><li>Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery</li><li>Analyze customer behavior and implement strategies to improve user experience and reduce cart abandonment</li><li>Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities</li><li>Assist in A/B testing and website enhancements to drive performance</li><li>Work with customer service to manage reviews and resolve escalated issues on online platforms</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field</li><li>2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing</li><li>Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento, or WooCommerce</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and online merchandising</li><li>Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Excel)</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>For interested applicants, kindly click “apply”EA Personnel Name: Melody Sim EA Personnel No: R2095899 EA License No: 16C8443
