Job Summary:
The candidate will be the main owner of the ecommerce channels, ensuring smooth daily operations and drive sales according to brand guidelines. He/She will also be working closely with the Ecommerce Manager to assist in the development of the ecommerce business including optimization of our online stores, co-creating unique customer experience and supporting digital projects. The ideal candidate will need to be well-versed in ecommerce and digital marketing.
Job Description
Assist with ecommerce operations across e-marketplaces and brand.com, inclusive but not limited to inventory management, and customer service
Monitor, analyze, and report on ecommerce performance metrics, including sales, traffic trends.
Support sales growth by working with both internal and external partners to plan and execute seamless online campaigns to achieve key performance metrics
Work closely with the marketing team on e-merchandising, and content to deliver excellent customer experience online
Conduct competitor research and analysis within the ecommerce industry to identify areas of improvement and growth opportunities
Support the implementation of new ecommerce initiative, working cross functionally to coordinate resources to support online channel development
To support in any other ad hoc tasks as required
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management
Experience in managing e-marketplaces, especially Lazada or Shopee, is highly preferred
Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
