Key responsibilities
Manage and maintain online platforms and digital content
Oversee order processing, fulfilment, and customer transactions
Ensure smooth and timely order management across e-commerce channels
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
About you
Prior experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, NTUC Online, RedMart)
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in digital or social media marketing will be an added advantage
