Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support daily operations across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and other online channels. You will ensure smooth order fulfilment, maintain accurate product listings, handle customer enquiries, and support marketing activities to drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-commerce Operations
Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and website
Ensure product listings, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date
Monitor order processing, fulfillment, returns, and customer issues
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, design and Sales & Marketing department
2. Campaign & Promotion Support
Strategize marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
Ensure campaigns are launched on time and correctly implemented
Troubleshoot platform or operational issues to minimize downtime
3. Order & Customer Support
Process daily orders and ensure smooth coordination with logistics teams
Respond to customer enquiries, reviews, and messages on e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner
Assist in handling returns, exchanges, and after-sales issues
4. Data & Reporting
Track daily sales, traffic, and basic performance metrics
Maintain simple reports on sales performance, stock movement, and campaign results
Identify issues such as slow-moving products or stock shortages
5. General Support
Assist in improving online store operations and customer experience
Support ad-hoc e-commerce and digital projects when required
Requirements
Experience & Skills:
Diploma or Degree in E-commerce, Business, Marketing, or related fields (or relevant experience)
Minimum 1 year of e-commerce, digital marketing or related operational experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working with marketplaces (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon)
Strong understanding of online sales funnels and customer journeysAbility to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Basic knowledge of product photography, content writing, or social media
Familiarity with order management, inventory tracking, and fulfillment workflows
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (paid ads, email, SEO)

Working Hours:
Working Hour: 10am-6pm
Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week
