Description
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to support the growth of our TikTok Shop by managing campaigns, affiliates, content, and performance marketing activities. In this role, you will plan and execute promotional campaigns, coordinate livestream and creator collaborations, and optimise advertising and content strategies to drive traffic and sales.
You will work closely with internal teams, creators, and platform partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and daily e-commerce operations. This role also involves monitoring sales performance, managing product assortment and inventory coordination, and supporting customer and operational processes. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital commerce, with a strong interest in the evolving social commerce landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Promotion Management
Plan and execute campaign strategies (BAU or any campaigns)
Develop and implement TikTok-specific promotion mechanics
Monitor daily sales performance and adjust promotions accordingly
Coordinate and schedule livestreams during BAU and campaign periods
Drive traffic and conversions through livestreams and review events
2. Affiliate & Creator Management
Identify, recruit, and manage TikTok affiliates and creators (Top/Mid/Nano)
Liaise with affiliates, agencies, and KAM for collaboration opportunities
Develop affiliate briefs, including content angles for video collaborations
Manage affiliate enquiries, scheduling, and ad authorization
Source and execute KOL seeding for content creation
3. Content & Livestream Support
Develop content strategies for TikTok videos and livestreams
Prepare livestream materials (promo decks, product information, product sets)
Support creators with product samples and campaign assets
Ensure consistent and optimized content for both video and live formats
4. Advertising & Performance Management
Set up and monitor TikTok ads (e.g., Video Shopping Ads)
Identify and scale top-performing creatives
Optimize ad performance based on key metrics (ROAS, traffic, conversions)
Develop long-term video and content strategies (teasing → launch → always-on)
5. Platform Collaboration & Operations
Work closely with TikTok KAM on campaigns, visibility, and opportunities
Align with platform initiatives and campaign activations
Support operational tasks such as customer inquiries and campaign execution
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for execution
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field
At least 2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management
Experience in managing e-marketplaces, especially Tiktok, is highly preferred
Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
