Description

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to support and grow our online sales across marketplaces and our brand website. In this role, you will manage campaigns, optimise product listings, coordinate marketing activities, and monitor performance to drive traffic and increase sales. You will also support CRM initiatives, manage inventory and assortment, and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Operations & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute BAU and mega campaigns across marketplaces and D2C channels

  • Coordinate with internal teams, platform partners, and agencies to drive traffic and conversion

  • Optimise online merchandising and content to enhance the customer journey and maximise sales

Assortment & Inventory Management

  • Manage product assortment using platform insights and customer data

  • Ensure optimal inventory allocation and campaign readiness

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted CRM programmes

  • Execute lifecycle marketing communications (EDM, SMS, promotions) and conduct A/B testing to improve performance

Performance Marketing

  • Collaborate with agencies to manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and PMAX campaigns

  • Optimise budget allocation to maximise ROI and sales outcomes

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics including sales, traffic, and conversion

  • Prepare campaign reports, generate insights, and recommend actionable improvements

  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis

Channel Development & Projects

  • Support the implementation of new e-commerce initiatives and test-and-learn projects

  • Work cross-functionally to strengthen online channel capabilities

Operational Support

  • Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including fulfilment coordination and customer enquiries

  • Support ad-hoc projects and business needs as required

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or other related field

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce management

  • Experience in managing e-marketplaces, especially Lazada or Shopee, is highly preferred

  • Experience/strong understanding of beauty industry would be ideal

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
