Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerceAccount Management:
- Manageand optimize existing and new eCommerce accounts across multiple platforms,including Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora.
- Oversee our owned e-commerce websites.
- PerformanceMetrics:
- Achieve quarterly and yearly key performance metrics relatedto eCommerce sales and customer engagement.
- Digital Marketing:
- Assist in planning andexecuting digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social mediaadvertising, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
- Monitor campaignperformance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- ContentManagement:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date content, including productlistings, images, descriptions and prices, aligning with branding guidelinesand references.
- CustomerSupport:
- Addressoperational issues arising from online platforms effectively and promptly.
- Engagewith customers, respond to inquiries, and monitor and manage customer reviews.
- OrderManagement:
- Assist with daily order processing, including picking andpacking when necessary.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilmentand inventory management.
- Monitor stock level and coordinate replenishment andlogistics partner pickups as needed.
- Adaptability:
- Supportvarious ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
Education:Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a relatedfield.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento,Shopify), CMS, and digital marketing tools.
- Photoshop skills for image editing and optimization.
- Basic HTML skills.
- Photography skills are a plus.
