E-Commerce Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok and other online channels. You will ensure smooth order fulfilment, maintain accurate product listings, handle customer enquiries, and support marketing activities to drive online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings (pricing, images, descriptions, stock levels).
Coordinate order fulfilment, delivery arrangements, and resolve delivery issues.
Handle customer enquiries, refunds, and returns professionally and promptly.
Support marketing efforts with basic digital content creation (visuals, banners, product displays).
Participate in platform campaigns and optimise listings for better visibility and sales.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Work closely with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
Perform other duties as needed to support e-commerce growth.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of e-commerce or related operational experience (preferred).
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with major online marketplaces is an advantage.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
5.5-day work week: Mon–Fri (8am–5pm), Sat (8am–12pm).
