E-Commerce Executive (5 days, Central, Fulltime)

Summary

• Salary range: $3000-$3500 (Based on experience)

• 5 days
  Monday to Friday 9am-6pm

• Location: Outram Park

• Industry: Photography and videography retailer in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate product listings on the company’s website and online marketplace brand stores.

• Develop and implement promotional campaigns with online marketplace partners.

• Optimize inventory levels and ensure pricing accuracy for all product listings.

• Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner.

• Work with colleagues to fulfil sales orders.

• Handle return, refund, and exchange orders when required.

• Process purchase orders with suppliers and verify invoice pricing and quantities.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of online marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, TikTok Shop) is an advantage.

• Prefer candidate with similar e-commerce experience in retail industry.
