e-Commerce Exec (6months contract) #HJX

Requirements:

- 1 or 2 years of experience in e-Commerce for physical products and familiar with platforms.

- Expectation within 6 months: Maintain operation, sales reports, this role will support the stock / inventory check 2 times w SCM (once per 3 months)

-Good in excel will have an added advantage

- Can start 5th Jan 2026

- Interview round: 1 round – remote

Key responsibilities

1. Support in managing Omron Ecommerce sales channels on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Omron E-Shop, TikTok)

2. Support to manage the promotional pricing and assortment strategy and controlling of A&P budget.

3. Forecast, measure and report key ecommerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc

4. Work with content team to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands’ marketing and promotion plans

5. Ensure timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various marketplaces

6. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (channel PIC, digital marketing team) to drive Ecommerce sales

7. Work with vendors to ensure smooth fulfilment processes and consumer experience
