Description

As an E-commerce Enablement Executive, you will be the driving force behind the success of major international brands across various digital marketplaces. You will act as a strategic partner to brand owners,
managing everything from high-level digital marketing roadmaps to the granular details of warehouse fulfillment. Your goal is to blend operational excellence with data-driven marketing to maximize revenue, ensure brand integrity, and exceed marketplace KPIs.


Key Responsibilities


Operational Excellence & Marketplace Management




  • End-to-End Operations: Direct the daily operations of assigned brands across multiple marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Tik Tok) to ensure seamless store performance.


  • Onboarding & Optimization: Lead the onboarding process for new brands, overseeing product listings, SEO optimization, and marketplace campaign registrations.


  • Compliance & Guidelines: Ensure all visual assets, product copy, and communications strictly adhere to
    global brand guidelines and local consumer regulations.


Strategic Growth & Digital Marketing




  • Marketing Roadmaps: Design, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing roadmaps for major campaign launches (e.g., 11.11, Black Friday, Seasonal Sales).


  • Revenue Optimization: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth and profitability.


  • Stakeholder Alignment: Align business objectives with brand owners, developing resource allocation plans and implementing bespoke strategies based on specific brand requirements.


Supply Chain & Performance Tracking




  • Fulfillment Coordination: Liaise closely with the warehouse team to ensure inventory is accurately received and orders are processed within strict SLA targets.


  • KPI Accountability: Maintain full accountability for marketplace KPIs (e.g., chat response rates, fulfillment rates, return rates), ensuring brands consistently exceed platform benchmarks. 


  • Internal Synergy: Partner with internal cross-functional teams to uphold high service standards and maximize customer satisfaction.


Market Intelligence & Analytics




  • Data Translation: Translate raw operational and sales data into actionable strategic insights regarding
    customer behavior and competitive positioning.


  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor sales and market trends to provide brand owners with
    data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.


Additional Duties


  • Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management to support evolving business needs
    and organizational growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications




  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations or account management, preferably
    managing international brands.


  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in marketplace seller centers (e.g., Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller
    Center, Amazon Seller Central).


  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and use tools like Excel or BI software to drive strategy.


  • Marketing Savvy: Proven track record in planning digital campaigns and understanding SEO/SEM principles.


  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence brand owners
    and internal teams.


  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the ever-changing e-commerce
    landscape.
