Description
The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing Jewellery online store end-to-end — from daily operations and product management to sales performance, customer experience, and growth initiatives.
E-Commerce Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of JOEI’s e-Commerce store
Oversee product uploads, pricing, inventory syncing, and website updates
Ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment, and returns
Maintain site functionality, accuracy, and user experience
Sales & Performance Management
Drive online sales through campaigns, drops, bundles, and promotions
Track key metrics (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, sales)
Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Retail & Omnichannel Integration
Ensure inventory accuracy between retail and online channels
Support omnichannel initiatives (online-to-store, store fulfilment)
Coordinate closely with retail operations for launches and stock planning
Customer Experience
Own end-to-end online customer journey
Manage customer enquiries, after-sales service, exchanges, and repairs
Improve retention, repeat purchase, and loyalty initiatives
Content & Merchandising
Ensure product presentation meets brand standards
Work with content/creative teams on product photos and videos
Optimise product pages for clarity and conversion
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail
Hands-on experience managing WooCommerce (or similar CMS)
Strong understanding of online retail operations and fulfilment
Detail-oriented, organised, and commercially minded
Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing brand environment
Basic knowledge of digital marketing or paid ads
Photography or content familiarity
