About BarberBoss

BarberBoss is a British challenger brand in personal care, founded in 2020. We design “affordable premium” products across grooming, oral care and hair‑styling for men, women and pets, and sell in 10 European countries (including the UK).

We run with a startup mindset - a small, flat team, weekly all‑hands, and an AI‑first approach that helps us decide fast and ship well. As one of the few direct suppliers to Amazon in our category (Amazon Vendor), we convert insight into action, launching 30-50 new SKUs each quarter, with an obsessive focus on customer experience.

We’re also the Official Sleeve Sponsor & Shaving Partner of West Bromwich Albion, now in our third consecutive season. Our Singapore Office is the bridge between our European (and future international) markets and our supply chain - the place where Western brand‑building meets Eastern manufacturing.

Your Role

  • Own our catalogue: Keep product data clean and up‑to‑date across marketplaces (Amazon Vendor Central and other platforms): titles, attributes, variations, prices, barcodes, images, and stock status.

  • Create & maintain listings: Build new product listings and improve existing ones (titles, bullets, search terms, images, A+ Content with our design team). Fix suppressed or non‑compliant listings fast.

  • Monitor performance daily: Watch for red flags—listing errors, price/map issues, buy‑box/sales dips, content mismatches—and resolve or escalate quickly.

  • Keep inventory healthy: Track inbound POs/shipments with procurement, reconcile received vs. expected units, flag low/out‑of‑stock risks, and recommend replenishment.

  • Localise for markets: Coordinate copy/asset tweaks for UK/EU markets, and ensure content matches marketplace requirements.

  • Run launches & promotions: Support go‑live checklists, set up deals/vouchers, and make sure content, price and stock are aligned on launch day.

  • Guard the source of truth: Maintain simple SOPs, version history and change logs so everyone knows what changed, when and why.

  • Partner across teams: Work tightly with product, design, marketing and procurement to keep catalogue and inventory in sync.

What you’ll bring

  • Prior e‑commerce experience (required): Hands‑on with marketplaces or DTC (creating/maintaining listings, fixing errors, managing catalogue/data hygiene). Copyrighting skills and Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience will be preferred. Polytechnic and university graduates are welcome - we hire for attitude and skillset.

  • Right attitude (required): Hardworking, proactive ownership, self‑driven learning, self‑management, meticulous and attention to details

  • Detail + speed: You care about accuracy (SKUs, variants, stock counts) and you fix issues fast.

  • Tools: Excel/Google Sheets (lookups, pivots, cleaning), bulk file uploads, basic image handling; comfortable with dashboards.

  • Communication: Clear written updates; comfortable coordinating across teams and time zones.

  • Languages: English (required). Mandarin or an EU language is a plus but not required.

  • Right to work (required): Already based in Singapore with valid work authorisation.

  • Nice‑to‑have: Experience with variations/ASIN merges, Brand Registry case management, A/B tests/Brand Experiments, basic CSV transforms, familiarity with inventory planning or simple SQL.

What you’ll get

  • Compensation: S$3,500–S$4,000 base + CPF (for SG/PR) + discretionary bonus

  • Leave: 15 days paid annual leave

  • Work setup: one‑north office

  • Perks: Annual dental check, learning credits (books/course/skills), health & wellness stipend

  • Growth & Exposure: Real ownership; mentorship; UK HQ training after probation (subject to business needs & performance); real working experience that give you exposure to cross border trade and business

Hiring process

  • Application screen

  • Initial virtual interview with SG hiring manager

  • Practical task followed by in-person debrief and discussion

  • Final interview with the UK management team
