About the role
Everbest Shoes & Handbags is seeking an enthusiastic E-commerce Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our thriving e-commerce platform, based in our Paya Lebar East office.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the management and maintenance of our e-commerce website and online stores - Lazada, Shopee and Tik Tok
Uploading and updating product listings, images, and descriptions
Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner
Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Able to conduct Live Streaming on online stores
Providing administrative support to the e-commerce team as needed
What we're looking for
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and digital tools
Experience in customer service or retail environment
Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Passion for e-commerce and a desire to contribute to the growth of an online business
