Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally across e-commerce platforms.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Build customer loyalty by following up on orders, ensuring satisfaction, and addressing any concerns proactively.
Key Requirements:
• Experience in e-commerce or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable using e-commerce platforms and basic office software.
