Job Description

•        Managing company’s e-commerce shops. Ensuring smooth operations for platform orders, requests, product listing, customer enquiries etc.

•        Arranging and Preparing parcels for delivery

Job Scope

•        Picking & packing of e-commerce parcels

•        Daily data entry for e-commerce sales

•        Updating & listing of new products

•        ⁠Managing platform stock inventory and product pricing

•        Provide feedback on pricing, monitoring trends to grow platform

•        Managing company website, online chats & enquiries

•        Answering phone calls & attend to walk in customers

•        Handle Adhoc duties when assigned

•        Maintaining office & workspace cleanliness

•        Office cleaning once per week (sweep & mop)

Job Requirements

•        Intermediate proficiency with Computer

•        Able to speak and read English to communicate with customers

Working Hours

Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 5.45pm

3-month probation
