About the role

  • Drive recruitment, engagement and development of Agents / Financial Advisors (FAs)

  • Manage sales performance, targets and recruitment pipeline

  • Oversee onboarding and training of new Agents / FAs

  • Prepare production and performance reports for Management

  • Conduct market and product benchmarking, especially for digital / intermediary products

  • Partner internal teams to improve digital portals, workflows and user experience


What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years’ experience in sales / marketing /distribution and or underwriting within general insurance

  • Good knowledge of Personal & Commercial Lines and distribution practices

  • Experience in agent/FA engagement, recruitment, or portfolio/production management

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to drive actionable initiatives

  • Exposure to digital/portal products (e.g. benchmarking, optimisation)

  • Established network with agents/FAs preferred

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Possession of relevant insurance or professional qualifications is required.
