Job Description:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with business goals. You will translate technical concepts into clear business decisions for the executive team.

• Systems & ERP Evaluation: Lead the assessment and selection of ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo), PIM, and financial systems. You will handle everything from vendor comparisons to cost-benefit analysis.

• Digital Implementation: Oversee full-cycle projects, including our BigCommerce rollout. You will manage external partners, lead data migration, and ensure seamless system integration across all platforms.

• Innovation & AI: Identify practical AI tools and automation solutions to boost team productivity and improve decision-making processes.

• Grants & Funding: Navigate the Singapore grant landscape (EDG, PSG). You will work with certified partners to secure funding and ensure all projects meet eligibility and reporting requirements.

• Stakeholder Management: Drive change management by gathering requirements from internal departments, conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and providing staff training.
  

Job requirement:

• Proven track record in leading large-scale ERP or Digital Transformation projects.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems (BigCommerce preferred) and modern business software.

• A natural leader who can simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
