Role Overview
The Digital Strategist (Growth & Sales) is a hybrid consultative sales and strategy role, responsible for driving new business, positioning Pulse & Pixels’ digital services, and shaping high-impact marketing strategies for clients. You will be a key commercial lead engaging clients, analysing markets, and collaborating with delivery teams to turn insights into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Strategy
Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
Position and sell Pulse & Pixels’ services (performance marketing, SEO, paid social, analytics, web solutions) to prospective clients.
Build trusted advisory relationships, understanding client business goals and translating them into digital strategy solutions.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop data-driven digital strategies that align with client objectives and market trends.
Present recommendations, campaign roadmaps, and strategic briefs that drive client confidence and commercial impact.
Work closely with internal teams to design proposals, estimates, and campaign plans.
Market Insight & Reporting
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic direction.
Use analytics and performance data to guide recommendations and optimise campaign outcomes.
Client Success
Serve as main client contact for strategic planning, performance insights, and post-pitch follow-up.
Ensure smooth handoffs and alignment between sales, strategy, and delivery teams.
Required Qualifications
Experience
3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or strategic marketing roles in Singapore.
Proven track record selling digital marketing, agency services, or marketing technology solutions (SEO, paid media, analytics).
Skills
Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with data literacy and ability to derive insight from analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client-facing confidence.
Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
