📝 Key Responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing enquiries, follow up with prospects, understand client needs, and recommend suitable online solutions.

• Support digital marketing initiatives including website services, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media, and lead generation campaigns.

• Create and execute social media content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram, including content ideas, scripting, filming, and editing.

• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, marketing reports, and campaign/content performance tracking.

• Explain digital marketing concepts, service packages, platform features, project timelines, and quotations to customers or stakeholders.

• Monitor social media trends, campaign results, and content performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support pre-sales clarifications, project handovers, marketing plans, and content objectives.

• Assist in brainstorming, planning social media calendars, and supporting new marketing initiatives.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Data Analytics, or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media, sales, or related functions.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, website services, or online advertising.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools, Canva, or video editing tools will be an advantage.

• Experience in B2B/B2C marketing, FMCG, retail, or digital agency environment will be an advantage.
