About the role

We are looking for a driven Digital Sales Executive to lead new client acquisition and grow revenue by selling our digital marketing and e-commerce solutions. This is a sales-focused, commission-supported role suited to someone who enjoys closing deals, building lasting client relationships, and making a direct impact on the company's commercial success. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to pitching and conversion — with support and mentorship from our Head of Sales, and backing from our Marketing and Client Servicing teams, to help position the agency as a trusted digital partner across Malaysia and beyond.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking

  • Pitch tailored digital marketing and e-commerce solutions to prospective clients

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial outreach through to deal closure

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline using CRM tools

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Client Servicing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

  • Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from the Head of Sales to sharpen pitching and closing skills

About you

  • 1–2 years' experience in sales, ideally within software or digital marketing services

  • Proven track record in prospecting and cold-calling

  • Experience selling SEO, SEM, social media advertising, web development, or digital strategy solutions

  • Strong communication skills for pitching, proposal writing, and managing the full sales cycle

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales activity tracking

  • Demonstrated consistency in meeting monthly sales targets

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and current trends

  • Prior experience within a digital agency environment

  • Active involvement in networking events or industry meetups

  • A collaborative mindset that supports smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
