The Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Digital Sales Executive to bring the Sienna Net-Zero Home to families across the Philippines. This role goes beyond traditional property sales—it is about helping customers adopt a smarter, more affordable, and sustainable way of living.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, managing and nurturing leads, and guiding clients through the entire sales journey—from first contact to contract signing—while delivering a professional, transparent, and trusted customer experience.
With strong initial sales traction already achieved, we are now looking for someone who can scale performance and take this opportunity to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
Respond promptly to inbound leads across Facebook, Viber, Messenger, and WhatsApp
Qualify, nurture, and convert leads through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions
Manage the full sales pipeline from enquiry to closing
Marketing Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and events
Educate prospects on Sienna’s net-zero homes, energy efficiency benefits, cost savings, and available financing options
Data & Insights
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and opportunities
Present sales performance and pipeline updates in weekly meetings
Proactively recommend A/B testing and optimisation strategies based on data insights
Customer Experience
Conduct property tours at the show flat
Build strong rapport with prospects and develop detailed customer profiles
Ensure a consistent, trustworthy, and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey
Performance
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales or telesales
(Real estate, housing, financial services, or related industries preferred)Hands-on experience with Facebook Sales tools and Ads Manager
Comfortable maintaining spreadsheets, CRM systems, and sales data
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field (preferred)
Strong written and spoken English and Tagalog
Willingness to engage with customers on weekends and outside regular working hours, up to 10:00 PM
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and collaboratively
