Digital Product Manager (Banking, Central)

Our client is one of the leader in the banking space, they are seeking for a digital product manager to join the team to assist with equity trading products.

Contract: 12 month

Location: Central

Salary up to $7000

1. Deep Market Understanding
a. Demonstrate a strong understanding of equity trading products.
b. Keep abreast with current market trends to anticipate future client needs.
c. Ensure the platform empowers clients to capitalize on new opportunities.
2. Collaborative Leadership
a. Foster strong partnerships with Product Managers, Technology, Operations and various wealth business segments and countries.
b. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment to encourage creativity and efficiency.
3. Project Management
a. Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
b. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
c. Manage product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements.
d. Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
e. Familiarity with Scrum & agile framework
4. Stake-Holder Management
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
b. Communicate product updates, milestones and changes effectively to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
5. Driven and Results-Oriented
a. Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving product objectives.
b. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user experience.
6. Data-Driven Optimization
a. Analyse platform usage data, client feedback, and market trends to continuously refine the platform for optimal client performance.
7. Business Continuation
a. Support user live verification (User LV) for project release and platform maintenance purposes.
b. Willing to work on the weekend to support platform deployment, if required & depending on release schedule.
c. Contribute to solving matters related to production issues, especially if further platform enhancements are required.
d. Maintain back-office data configuration setup such as trading calendar.
