Description

About the role:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the HQ team to develop and execute data-driven local digital marketing strategies, ensuring they accelerate brand growth and exceed business objectives.

  • Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage high-quality social media content by collaborating with internal and external teams. Focus on strategic content planning, briefing, and optimization to increase local market engagement and brand visibility.

  • Social Media Channel Management: Responsible for managing all digital platforms for the Singapore market, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Identify local opportunities for innovation based on platform trends and consumer behavior.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns to boost engagement, expand reach, and enhance brand awareness.

  • Community Management: Proactively monitor and manage community engagement across comments and direct messages. Maintain a consistent brand voice while promptly identifying and escalating customer issues.

  • Influencer Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to co-create content, building trust and relatability with our target audiences.

  • Paid Media: Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid media budgets across key platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) to achieve our business objectives.

  • Performance Analysis & Report: Monitoring and analyzing account analytics, reporting on key insights, and collaborating with HQ team to implement data-driven optimization plans.

  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and draw inspiration from current trends across major social media platforms to adapt to POP MART SG's channels.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, Public Relations, or communications, preferably in retail, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.

  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills with experience collaborating across international teams, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and the ability to adapt brand messaging to diverse markets.

  • Proven ability to manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing campaign impact and ROI.

  • Heavy users of social media platforms are familiar with the operational rules of multiple platforms and have a keen insight into trending topics and popular culture.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and actions.

  • Able to multitask across projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • High levels of autonomy with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
