About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Media Buying Specialist (Digital Marketing) to plan, run, and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
You’ll play a key role in driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media and search campaigns, while working closely with internal stakeholders on content and campaign strategy.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both execution and optimisation, and wants exposure to end-to-end campaign management.
Roles and Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
Google Ads (Search & Display)
Manage budgets, targeting, creatives, and campaign performance
Execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness → consideration → conversion)
Content Amplification
Boost and promote content (e.g. social posts, articles, campaigns) to drive reach and engagement
Optimise targeting and formats to improve traffic and conversions
Performance Optimisation
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements
Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Continuously improve CPL, CTR, and overall campaign results
Tracking & Reporting
Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and ad platforms
Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams on campaign planning and execution
Coordinate with stakeholders to align on campaign goals and messaging
Requirements
Min Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics or a related discipline.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or paid media
Experience running campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Google Ads (Search/Display)
Familiar with campaign optimisation and performance metrics (e.g. CPL, CTR)
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g. GA4 is a plus)
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns
