✨ About the Role
 

As a Digital Marketing Senior / Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the brand’s digital presence across Southeast Asia. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and regional partners, you’ll create engaging content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, equity, and fan engagement.

🚀 Key Responsibilities
 

Digital Marketing & Campaigns

• Strategise, plan, and execute engaging content across digital platforms
  (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & Website)

• Develop creative ideas, visuals, and copy aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build a strong regional digital content library

• Execute impactful digital campaigns, track performance (reach, engagement, followers, etc.), and prepare post-campaign reports

• Support product launches, events, in-store activations, and integrated online-offline campaigns

• Coordinate with partners, licensees, retailers, and agents to grow brand awareness across target audiences

• Support regional trade events and marketing initiatives

Admin & Cost Control

• Assist in managing and optimising marketing budgets and spend

• Track regional marketing and trade-related expenses

• Liaise with Finance on marketing-related admin and processes

• Manage brand and marketing assets across the region

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

• Team player who can also work independently

• Resourceful, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Positive, outgoing, and hands-on attitude with a keen interest in characters and pop culture

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
