Digital Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities

· In-house design for company’s collaterals such as E-book (portfolio), graphics, etc.

· Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)

· Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.

· Manage company’s website ( WordPress CMS ) for updates and tracking/processing write-in leads.

· Regular updating of new projects on the company’s website, interior portals and liaise with them for portfolio postings with project details.

· Liaison with the vendor for SEO performance and tracking of page ranking.

· Analyse Facebook Ads and Google Ads for tracking performance and metrics with social media tools such as Google Analytics/AdWords.

· Manage customers’ feedback/complaints and keep a record of reviews/testimonials.

· Brand and marketing development related activities

· Any other ad-hoc design/administrative duties as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.

· At least 1 year experience in the related field

· Experience in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, SEO and SEM

· Effective communication and writing skills

· Experience in content creation and social media

· Knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords / Analytics, and content management system

· Able to work independently

· Dynamic personality

· Liaison of company clients and vendors
