Role Summary
Responsible for the end-to-end management of organic content, community engagement, community management and design across a designated portfolio of brands, ensuring brand consistency and growth.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Calendar: Develop and maintain monthly content calendars and plans for assigned brands
Design & Production: Handle the majority of design tasks using Canva, creating engaging assets for social posts, website banners, and product listing imagery.
Publishing & Engagement: Manage scheduling and posting across all core social channels (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Shopee Videos) and drive community interaction.
Influencer Relations: Research, source, negotiate with, and manage influencers per assigned brand.
Events Support: Assist with ad hoc planning, venue sourcing, and logistics for community and trade events.
Reporting: Prepare and submit dedicated monthly reports on organic social media performance.
Requirements & Experience
Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills across diverse platforms.
Must be able to plan
High proficiency in content creation and design tools (Canva essential).
Proven ability to drive organic growth and manage brand communities.
Strong organisation and time management skills to handle multiple brands and deliverables.
3+ years of demonstrable experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or an equivalent brand marketing role, ideally managing multiple distinct brands.
