Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation targets.
Manage SEM, SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Optimize campaign performance, landing pages, and website content.
Monitor campaign results and prepare performance reports using HubSpot, Power BI, and other analytics tools.
Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver marketing objectives.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
Manage the digital marketing budget and track campaign spending.
Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing Executive/Senior Executive.
Support marketing events and other marketing activities when required.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
5–7 years of digital marketing experience.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, AEO, GEO, Meta Ads, CRM Tools, and digital analytics.
Experience in campaign management, media planning, and project management.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to support occasional weekend marketing events when required.
