Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, marketing automation, and website optimisation to achieve lead generation targets.

• Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using analytics platforms and CRM tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to plan, implement, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

• Manage digital marketing budgets, campaign timelines, performance reports, and oversee digital marketing operations to ensure efficient execution and return on investment.

• Lead and support the Digital Marketing Executive in daily operations while driving continuous improvement through market research, competitor analysis, and emerging digital marketing technologies, including AI-powered marketing tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM platforms, media planning, and campaign optimisation.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, paid social media advertising, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools such as HubSpot and Power BI.

• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and provide occasional support for company events held outside regular working hours.
