Shermay’s Singapore Fine Food is a range of Singaporean crackers and Peranakan sauces based on Shermay’s family recipes and Singapore’s rich culinary heritage. It includes convenient ready-to-eat condiments, such as chilli sauce (Cilicuka) and & Sambal Hijau.

The range of crackers features prawn crackers (keropok) which are perfect for dipping into the chilli sauces and sambals. The latest addition is her grandma’s recipe for Nonya Curry Powder for meat curry which won an international award for Great Taste.

Our premium snacks and sauces are served on Singapore Airlines and retail on KrisShop. They are also available on Redmart, Amazon, Shopee, Tangs, Grab, Foodpanda, and other platforms. We also supply hotels, clubs and gourmet grocers, such as The American Club, Shangri-La Hotel, Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Huber's Butchery and Little Farms. 

This brand has been in operations for 10 years, and Chef-Owner Shermay Lee is a veteran of the industry for 20 years.

Job Description

We are looking for digital marketing interns to do the following:

1) eCommerce

• Order Fulfillment: Print, pack, and ship orders (B2B and B2C).


• Shopify Maintenance: Modify, upgrade, and enhance the website with new listings and features.


• Shopee - Maintain and update listings, research on marketing and promotions to increase sales (Coupons, Campaigns, Discounts, Affiliate Marketing, Ads etc.)

2) Digital Marketing

• Social Media Management: Create and manage posts for platforms like Instagram, Little Red Book and TikTok


• Media Kit & Product Launch: Collaborate with influencers and manage follow-ups for media drops/new product launches

General Job Duties

• Events: Support retail activities at key events/booths during festive seasons.


• Editorial Content: Edit and update content on the official website.


• Administrative Tasks: Label and manage inventory.

Ongoing Projects

• AI Tools Research: Explore AI tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.


• Design Thinking: Brainstorm innovative designs for new products and enhance booth presentations.


• Internship Period: Open immediately, flexible period until March - May 2026.


• Location: 100 Pasir Panjang Road #04-04, Singapore 118518.


• 5-minute walk from Pasir Panjang MRT (West Coast).


• 1-2 minute walk from nearest bus stops.


• Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with an hour lunch break.


• Compensation:


• $10.50/hour, paid weekly via PayNow
