Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our online presence and strengthen audience engagement. You will play a key role in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and expand our reach across multiple digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution



  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Conduct audience analysis, perform market research, and define KPIs to guide effective campaign planning and optimization.


Social Media Management



  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content; oversee community interactions; and monitor performance metrics.

  • Explore and potentially launch a TikTok presence to reach wider audiences.


Content Creation



  • Create visually engaging graphics, videos, and multimedia assets for social media, email marketing, advertisements, and digital campaigns.

  • Work closely with the in-house graphic designer to produce additional visuals when needed.

  • Develop high-quality content for reels, newsletters, and promotional materials that support brand storytelling and audience engagement.


Market & Industry Research



  • Stay informed about trends within the tech and training sectors.

  • Monitor competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and strategic growth.


Business Development Support


  • Collaborate closely with Business Development Managers on marketing-driven initiatives, including events, EDMs, and training newsletters.

Qualifications



  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of content creation, digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), and analytics tools.

  • Proficiency in basic graphic design and video editing using Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

  • Strong communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
