Digital Marketing Executive
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, content creation, outreach programmes, and event coordination, while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth marketing operations.
The ideal candidate is organised, hands-on, and passionate about creating meaningful, impactful content in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across relevant platforms.
Design marketing visuals and collaterals for digital channels, print production, and PowerPoint presentations.
Manage and update website content using WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Write, edit, and publish engaging blog posts, ensuring content is SEO-optimised and aligned with brand guidelines.
Create and edit short-form video content, particularly for TikTok, using tools such as CapCut.
Manage and maintain data and content for the company’s online obituary platform.
Campaign & Event Support
Assist in coordinating outreach and engagement programmes with partners, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Provide logistical and on-site support for roadshows, exhibitions, company events, and marketing activations in Singapore.
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain and manage databases for outreach activities, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
Organise and update marketing files, records, and digital assets for easy access.
Update and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel; additional technical skills will be an advantage.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a marketing, communications, or marketing support role.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in creating artwork for print production (digital and offset printing).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools (e.g. Canva, social media platforms, CapCut).
Working knowledge of TikTok content creation, including filming, editing, and production (advantage).
Familiarity with WordPress and other CMS platforms.
Experience in blog copywriting with understanding of SEO best practices.
Intermediate photo editing and mobile video creation skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with good attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Generative AI tools or other marketing-related software is an added advantage.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced Singapore work environment.
