About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our online presence, engage patients, and support the clinic's marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with healthcare advertising guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Manage the clinic's website, social media platforms, and digital content, including educational posts, graphics, and videos.
Execute and optimise SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and patient enquiries.
Optimise the clinic's digital presence to improve visibility on AI-powered platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI platforms
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide regular reports and recommendations.
Work closely with the doctor and clinic team to create accurate, educational and informative content that effectively communicates the clinic's services and expertise.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations, ethical standards and stay up to date with digital marketing trends .
Assist the clinic with insurance-related email enquiries and provide administrative support as required.
Support other marketing and operational duties assigned by the clinic.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Prior experience in digital marketing, particularly in healthcare, will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media marketing
Familiarity with AI-powered search optimisation and AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini is an advantage.
A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
