About the role
Company is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing and communications team. This is a full-time position based in the North Region. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and business growth. You will work across multiple digital channels and platforms to reach our target audience and achieve marketing objectives. This position is integral to our company's digital transformation and customer acquisition goals.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, search engine marketing and content marketing
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
Conduct keyword research and optimise website content for search engines to improve organic visibility and traffic
Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram within allocated budgets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing messages align with brand guidelines and business objectives
Research market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for digital marketing improvement
Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and recommendations for optimisation
Support the development of marketing collateral including graphics, videos and web content
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, techniques and industry best practices
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role within a marketing or communications team
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite or similar applications
Strong understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) principles and best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas
Preferred experience with video editing or graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred knowledge of the interior design or home furnishings industry
