Digital Marketing Executive

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible in planning, executing and managing online marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, drive website traffic and generate leads.

What you will be doing:

Work with Marketing Team to

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and content plans tailored to high-impact online platforms to expand brand presence and drive growth.




• End-to-end management of social media campaigns, including multimedia content creation, editorial scheduling, and active community engagement.




• Draft, edit, and proofread engaging blog posts and long-form digital content optimized for brand voice and audience retention.




• Monitor and review digital marketing performance, optimizing customer acquisition costs (CAC) and campaign parameters to maximize overall ROI.




• Research online marketing trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behaviour to keep channel strategies current and relevant.

  Prepare clear monthly and quarterly performance reports for key stakeholders.
  

  
  

  Requirements:

  
  
  
  

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent

  
  

  • Proficient in photo and video editing skills

  
  

  • Familiar with creating, executing and evaluating online marketing campaigns

  
  

  • Independent with good communication skills

  
  

  • Strong interest in the beauty industry is a plus

  
  

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm
